SPY Next Move provides public SPY market information without requiring ordinary visitors to create an account. This Privacy Policy explains information that may be processed when you use the website and how the site operator handles Google Search Console information used by a private, operator-only SEO analytics tool.
Information processed automatically
Hosting, security, content-delivery, analytics, or advertising providers may process technical information such as IP address, browser and device information, requested pages, timestamps, referral information, and security or performance logs as needed to operate, secure, measure, and improve the site.
Cookies, advertising and analytics
If analytics or advertising is enabled, third-party providers may use cookies, pixels, local storage, or similar technologies to measure site usage, prevent fraud, limit ad frequency, and serve or measure advertising. Where legally required, consent choices will be provided before non-essential technologies are used.
Contact information you submit
If you contact SPY Next Move, we may receive information you voluntarily provide, such as your name, email address, selected topic, and message. We use it to respond to the inquiry, address website or data-display issues, handle legal or privacy matters, maintain site security, and operate the website. Please do not submit brokerage credentials, account numbers, Social Security numbers, financial documents, or other sensitive financial information.
Google Search Console — operator-only SEO integration
SPY Next Move may use a private administrative tool that connects to Google Search Console through Google OAuth. The integration is used only by the authorized site operator to understand how the verified SPY Next Move property performs in Google Search.
When enabled, the tool requests read-only Search Console access. It may retrieve search queries, landing pages, clicks, impressions, click-through rate, average search position, verified-property metadata needed to identify the SPY Next Move property, and URL inspection or indexing-status information.
The integration does not request access to Gmail, Google Drive, Google Contacts, Google Calendar, brokerage accounts, or unrelated Google Account content.
How Google user data is used
Information received from Google Search Console is used to measure and improve SPY Next Move search visibility, indexing health, page performance, internal linking, search-result presentation, and related SEO reporting. The application does not use Search Console account data to create advertising profiles, determine creditworthiness, or provide financial services.
Google API Limited Use
SPY Next Move's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Storage and security of Google data
OAuth client credentials, OAuth tokens, and the local SEO analytics database are stored on an operator-controlled local system with access limited to the authorized site operator. They are not published on SPYNextMove.com and are not stored in the site's public Cloudflare KV market-data records or public R2 media objects.
The application itself does not sell Google user data or transmit Search Console account data to advertisers, affiliate partners, data brokers, or generalized AI-training systems. Google may process information as part of operating its API and OAuth services. Reasonable local safeguards are used to reduce unauthorized access, but no storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Retention, deletion and revocation
Search Console analytics are retained only for as long as reasonably useful for the internal site-performance purposes described above, unless a longer period is required by law. When the integration is disabled or the data is no longer needed, the operator may delete the local SEO analytics database and OAuth token files. Google API access can also be revoked through the Google Account permissions used to authorize the integration.
Because this is an operator-only integration, ordinary website visitors do not have Search Console data stored by SPY Next Move. Questions about deletion or the Google integration may be sent to contact@spynextmove.com.
Affiliate links
Some outbound links may contain affiliate tracking parameters so a partner can attribute a referral or purchase. Affiliate relationships are disclosed near the relevant link or placement. Search Console account data is not provided to affiliate partners.
Children
The site is intended for a general adult market-information audience and is not directed to children.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated as the site adds or changes hosting, advertising, analytics, contact-processing, Google API integrations, or other services. If the way the Google integration accesses or uses Google user data materially changes, this policy will be updated before the new use is implemented where required.
